    ARLINGTON, Texas – An update on the situation regarding the missing autistic child, Jackson Womeldurf, brings relief as he has been located in Arlington, Texas, as of 8:28 p.m. on Thursday and is now safe. Buck Johnson is in custody.

    Previously, in Shreveport, Louisiana, police had been searching for Jackson Womeldurf, who went missing from his residence in the 3800 block of Addison Avenue. The alleged abductor, Buck Johnson, took Jackson without the consent of his parents.

    Officials had expressed concerns that Johnson might be en route to a theme park in Dallas, Texas. Jackson is described as four feet tall, weighing 60 pounds, with brown eyes, sandy brown hair, and an unknown clothing description.

    Buck Johnson was driving a 2015 Chevy pickup truck with Louisiana license plate C330278. However, with Jackson now found safe and Johnson in custody, the immediate threat has been resolved.
